Terms of Service

1. Services

Swift Shuttle Limited ("Swift Shuttle", "we", "us") provides medical courier and healthcare logistics services in Hamilton, the Greater Toronto Area, and Southern Ontario. Our services include laboratory specimen transport, pharmaceutical delivery, hospital supply logistics, scheduled healthcare routes, and STAT urgent medical deliveries.

2. Service Agreement

Use of Swift Shuttle's services is subject to a separate service agreement or dispatch confirmation. By engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate pick-up and delivery information, including addresses, contact persons, and any special handling instructions. Swift Shuttle reserves the right to refuse service for shipments that do not comply with applicable regulations or pose a safety risk.

3. Compliance Obligations

All shipments handled by Swift Shuttle are subject to applicable Canadian regulations, including the Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Act and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) standards. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all materials tendered for transport are properly packaged, labelled, and documented in accordance with applicable law.

4. Liability

Swift Shuttle maintains professional liability coverage appropriate to healthcare logistics operations. Our liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited to the declared value of the goods, subject to applicable regulations. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or third-party facility delays.

5. Confidentiality

Swift Shuttle treats all shipment and client information as confidential. We do not disclose patient, specimen, or delivery information to third parties except as required by law or with the express consent of the client. Our couriers adhere to strict chain-of-custody protocols to protect the integrity and confidentiality of all transported materials.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the applicable service agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Swift Shuttle reserves the right to suspend services for accounts in arrears. All fees are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

7. Modifications

Swift Shuttle reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following any such modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
